• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to heavy machinery, spare parts, and maintenance services.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams to align contract terms.
• Mitigate risks by identifying contractual issues and providing recommendations.
• Maintain contract records, amendments, renewals, and timely reporting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
