About the Role

As a Regulatory Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal guidance on crypto, blockchain, and financial services regulation in the UAE. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and engage with regulators, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance and advance innovative initiatives in the digital asset space.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory matters relating to financial services, digital assets, and blockchain-based technologies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
• Partner with internal teams, including business, technology, and product, to provide clear legal guidance.
• Keep the organisation informed of new and emerging regulations, helping implement practical compliance strategies.
• Represent the organisation in discussions with regulators, industry groups, and other key stakeholders.
