Overview
Adecco Middle East is inviting applications for a Document Controller for one of our prestigious clients based in Dubai, UAE.
The Document Controller will ensure that all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and accessible for the implementation partner to complete their data migration. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain efficiency and compliance of the document management system.
Responsibilities
- Identify relevant project documents and determine the correct versions for upload.
- Search for project documents in SharePoint, on USB drives, OpenText, or in hard copies.
- Scan and upload hard copy documents to the required folder location.
- Coordinate with external organisations (archiving service providers, building operators) to obtain documents for scanning when needed.
- Identify large drawings and specifications requiring high-resolution scanning; liaise with specialist organisations to complete scanning and save outputs in the required location for migration.
- Review metadata templates from the destination system and combine multiple source documents into a single document when metadata exists across systems or documents.
- Provide mapping to associate supporting documents uploaded to the destination system with metadata-containing files input in the digital forms on the destination system.
- Validate the accuracy of data and documents uploaded in Oracle Primavera Unifier after data migration completion.

Minimum Recruitment Requirements
Qualifications :
Diploma in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Knowledge :
Proficiency in document management software such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, SharePoint, Open Text, SAP, etc.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.Job Skills :
