Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of steel structural projects on site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with industry safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to define project scopes and objectives for steel structural tasks.
• Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet agreed timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Solve arising issues or conflicts on-site, coordinating with relevant parties for resolution.
• Ensure all materials, equipment, and labor resources are available and functioning as needed on site.
• Liaise with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders effectively.
