Site Supervisor - Interior Design

Experience : 5+ years (UAE experience required)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to manage the on-site execution of high-end residential interior design and fit-out projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in joinery work , fit-out execution , and MEP coordination . You should be confident handling daily site operations, managing subcontractors, and solving issues quickly and efficiently to keep the project on track.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise all site activities, ensuring work is completed to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines
• Oversee joinery and fit-out installations, with a strong eye for detail
• Coordinate MEP works and ensure proper integration with interior elements
• Resolve site issues promptly, maintaining clear communication with contractors and the project team
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards
