We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance department The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning budgeting reporting and compliance They must have strong leadership skills excellent English communication abilities and a strategic mindset to drive financial growth and efficiency Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the finance department ensuring alignment with company objectives Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting to support business growth Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards IFRS GAAP Develop and implement financial policies risk management and cost control strategies Monitor cash flow investments and financial performance metrics Liaise with auditors regulatory authorities and financial institutions Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decisionmaking Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance productivity and efficiency Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and market trends
