Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities Review project specifications drawings and tender documents Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials labor and equipment Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and lead times Assist sales and project teams in bid preparation and technical proposals Maintain and update estimation databases and records Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements Requirements Degree Diploma in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field Experience in elevator or construction project estimation preferred Strong knowledge of cost estimation tools and techniques Valid UAE driving license mandatory Arabic language skills preferred Excellent analytical communication and negotiation skills
