Job Purpose :

Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the lubricant oil filling section, maintaining quality standards, optimizing machine uptime, and leading a team of operators to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Production Operations :

• Daily planning and execution of lubricant oil filling as per production schedule.
• Operate and monitor filling machines (semi / fully automatic).
• Ensure correct filling volume, sealing, labeling, and batch coding.
• Minimize wastage and monitor yield.

Safety & Housekeeping :

Documentation & Reporting :

Required Qualifications and Skills :

Knowledge of filling, capping, labeling machines.
