Job Description

• Install, configure, and manage all systems administration requirements.
• Maintain and evaluate new technologies and procedures for backup, restoration, and disaster recovery for high availability and high-volume mission-critical systems.
• Proactively monitor systems to ensure secure services with minimal downtime.
• Provide trend analysis to service management to inform resource management decisions.
• Responsible for system improvements, including upgrades and security patches.
• Perform disaster recovery rehearsals within the defined RTO and RPO.
• Build and participate in disaster recovery and data center failover drills.
• Ensure the performance, integrity, and security of IT systems.
• Identify operational issues and risks, and develop solutions based on insights.
• Manage capacity planning and licensing for assigned systems and infrastructure.
