Key Responsibilities :
Field Sales & Partner Engagement
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with channel partners to drive sell-through and strengthen relationships.
- Identify and onboard new partners aligned with AV / VC product lines.
- Deliver product trainings, demos, and QBRs to enhance partner capabilities.
Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned product categories and accounts.Execute promotions, bundles, and incentive programs to boost partner performance.Track pipeline and ensure timely closure of opportunities.Vendor Program Alignment
Collaborate with product and vendor teams to implement channel programs and campaigns.Ensure partner compliance with vendor requirements including certifications and reporting.Support execution of vendor-led initiatives and product launches.Market Intelligence & Competitive Bench-marking
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and channel dynamics.Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine positioning and strategy.Stay updated on AV / VC trends including hybrid work, UC adoption, and display innovations.Operational Coordination
Liaise with internal teams (finance, logistics, product) to ensure smooth order processing and partner support.Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.Resolve partner escalations and ensure SLA adherence.Requirements
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in channel sales in AV / IT distribution.Strong local network of resellers, integrators, and retail partners.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner accounts.Familiarity with brands like Samsung, Logitech, or similar AV / VC vendors.Preferred Attributes :
GCC channel ecosystem awareness.Ability to operate across B2B and B2C sales motions.Multilingual fluency and cultural awareness across UAE markets with proficiency in English.Self-driven, field-oriented, and relationship-focused.
