Housekeeping Manager

الوصف الوظيفيEnsure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly, including room turnovers, laundry services, and public area maintenance. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment. Implement housekeeping procedures and standards in alignment with resort policies and five-star hospitality expectations. Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and positive reviews. Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure compliance with resort standards. Develop and manage housekeeping budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality. Monitor labor costs and optimize staff scheduling based on occupancy levels. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service excellence. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including fire safety and chemical handling procedures. Implement eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices in line with resort policies. Train staff on emergency procedures and workplace safety measures. Knowledge of hotel PMS System, Microsoft Office, and computer applications. Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must possess outstanding guest service skills. Must be guest-oriented, enthusiastic, with a vibrant personality. Must have a hands-on approach. Must maintain composure at all times and work objectively in stressful, high-pressure situations. Ability to approach all encounters with guests and employees in a professional manner. Ability to answer all general inquiries in the Hotel and F & B outlet. Must be a good listener and be able to follow instructions. Must be able to utilize all available resources to meet guest needs. Must be a good team player. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Minimum two years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel (5 diamond or 5 star standards) or comparable environment. Degree in Hospitality Management is a plus. Prior experience in a Union Environment highly preferred. Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort where exclusivity and luxury define every experience. - Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Assign tasks and schedules to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are cleaned and maintained properly.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement training programs for continuous improvement.
