Job Description
The Assistant Director of People and Culture creates a positive employee journey and experience through operational excellence in People processes, services and engagement. He / she is a champion of People systems, reporting, and foundation, adding value to the business through People data analytics. He / she is an expert in employee engagement by taking lead for activities.
Main Responsibilities
- End-to-end staffing process - manage onboarding, resignation and exit interview, and other services including provide responsive support to employees in respective portfolio. Also provide necessary supports to new comers.
- Employee Experience - ensure positive employee experience via executing employee engagement initiatives and employee activities with supports from employee experience team.
- People System and Reporting - Manage and monitor People Systems, reporting and Foundation. Manage people movement, documentations of organization structure, job description, and reporting of staffing, attrition and movement.
- Performance Management - to provide support and guideline to employees in managing their KPI setting, check-in, performance conversation, performance appraisal, talent identification and succession management with Centre of Excellence (COE).
- People Development - Support and guide employee in creating and monitor their IDP. Support on identify development need and training enrollment.
- People Strategies - Provide necessary actions and recommendations on people strategies for respective business units and business leaders.
- Building culture - Take lead in cultural building and employee programs, including wellbeing, agency events, and recognition
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in human resources managementMinimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or any related fields.Strategic thinking and systematic approach in executionComputer literacy – e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPointGood command of Thai and English languages (both written and spoken).
