These include effectively communicating organizational needs to the team, as well as overseeing and monitoring employee performance to ensure objectives are met. The Structures Supervisor is also responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, which involves coaching, mentoring, and identifying any development needs within the production unit. Furthermore, a crucial aspect of this role is managing the workflow by assigning tasks appropriately, preparing efficient schedules, and continuously monitoring employee productivity. Finally, tasked with verifying the production output to guarantee it aligns with the required specifications.

• Responsibilities :
• Planning daily / weekly tasks and execute the plan
• Ensuring the ITP & Project requirements
• Overseeing operations and ensuring work is carried out with strict adherence to deadlines
• Ensure the material is available to achieve the daily task, coordinate with the material planner and the buyer to provide the material on time .
• Supervise the panels shifting & tilting, recording and monitoring the closing activities
• Checking the quality of welding and NDE’s and releasing them for painting on time.
• Guiding the Foreman & fabricators for fabricating the structural members (Hollow sections, Beams, Built up sections), accessory preparation and sheeting
• Planning the work sequence with respect to the defined procedure and agreed ITB
• Contributing to OPL meetings and clearing the blocking points for production process
• Accountable for meeting the schedule milestones which include accomplishment of daily targets and completion of the allocated job within the budget hours
• Communicating the blocking points to concerned stakeholders and resolving the issue
• Prepare repair procedure for issues in materials
• Providing daily updates and weekly reports on resources, progress, schedule
• Responsible for housekeeping, improvements. Implementing suggestions.
• Allocation of work with adequate manpower planning ,avoiding excess overtime .
• Ensuring the KPI boards are updated every day with Daily tasks, project plan, WPS,PQR, Productivity , Earned & Actual values
• To check the general consumables inventory and replenish the minimum stocks
• Coordinate with HR for completing the qualification trainings. Propose new training requirement, based on the estimated workload and manpower planning
• Incase of poor or non-performance , they shall establish a performance improvement plan and provide support to the concerned personnel to improve their performance## \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_##
• Qualification & Requirements :
• Education : Engineering degree or Graduation with applicable certification
• Work Experience : Minimum 8 years in structure erection.
• Language : Fluent English to understand and communicate the drawings, work instructions to the team & Hindi is preferable.
• Monitoring and closing of final punch list in piping package.
• Ability to read and understand the isometric drawings.
• Knowledge about the installation of control valve.
• Know how related to piping spools and support.
• Knowledge related to pressure testing and piping packages.
• Able to accommodate at the Job location, RAK, UAE.
