The Senior Executive Officer (SEO) will be responsible for driving strategic direction, attracting investors, influencing investment decision-making, and leading proposals to the Investment Committee. Key Responsibilities :

• Firm Growth & Leadership : Lead business expansion efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
• Capital Raising & Investor Relations : Develop and execute fundraising strategies, build relationships with institutional investors, LPs, and strategic partners.
• Investment Strategy & Execution : Identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities in DeFi, blockchain startups, digital infrastructure, and Layer 1 technologies.
• Portfolio Management : Oversee due diligence, influence investment decision-making, and present proposals to the Investment Committee.
• Market Positioning & Business Development : Act as an ambassador for the firm, representing it at key industry events, conferences, and regulatory discussions.
• Team Building & Organizational Development : Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team to drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to financial, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
