Job Description
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the dairy and specialty foods portfolio
Manage and grow key accounts within the HORECA segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, F&B buyers, and procurement teams
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, and logistics
Conduct regular client visits and product presentations
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded
Requirements
Requirements : Experience :
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in sales of dairy / specialty / gourmet food items
Existing relationships with key players in the HORECA segment
Experience in managing key accounts and B2B foodservice clients
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Skills :
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of food product standards and distribution processes
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Other :
Valid UAE Driving License
Willingness to travel within UAE / GCC as needed
European nationality preferred (due to market / client demographic alignment)
