Position Overview :

We are looking for a Malayali Female Business Setup Consultant with excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, a client-centric attitude, and strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures. The candidate will play a vital role in helping clients establish their businesses in Dubai (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore).

Key Responsibilities :

• Advise clients on the best business structure and jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their business needs.
• Manage the entire business setup lifecycle including trade license applications, approvals, and renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities such as DED , MOHRE , Dubai Municipality, Free Zone Authorities, etc.
• Ensure corporate compliance with UAE laws including ESR, UBO, and AML requirements.
• Draft, review, and process legal documents such as MOAs, board resolutions, NOCs, license applications, etc.
• Assist in opening corporate bank accounts for clients by coordinating with banks and preparing the required documentation.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition and client conversion.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
