الوصف الوظيفيBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field 12 years of experience in construction field. Professional Engineering License or PMP certification is a plus Proven experience in managing potable water pipelines networks is essential Hands-on experience with HDPE & Ductile Iron (DI) pipeline installation including preparation, assembly and pressure testing Strong background in managing large-scale construction teams and subcontractors In-depth knowledge of construction methods, local building codes and regulatory compliance Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project Strong understanding of procurement processes for construction materials, equipment and labor Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents

Responsibilities
- Lead the construction team in the execution of HDPE & DI pipeline installation including preparation, assembly and testing of pipelines.
- Ensure that construction work is performed safely on schedule and in compliance with all local codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure the implementation of design specifications.
- Manage the procurement of materials, equipment and labor resources.
