Responsibilities
- Identifying and reaching out to potential high-end clients
- Managing end-to-end sales processes and client relationships
- Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns
- Hosting and conducting client meetings and yacht showings
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the client journey
- Training new team members and supporting onboarding
- Overseeing daily sales operations and reporting on performance
