Tasks

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating appointments by calling leads and assisting with CRM management, WhatsApp messaging, and WhatsApp automation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales / customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and WhatsApp messaging.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Patience and resilience in handling customer rejections and objections.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with IT services and products.
  • Experience with automation tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
