Ramboll is seeking a young Graduate Structural Design Engineer to join our Dubai office. The successful candidate will support electrical engineering services on projects across Ramboll Middle East. As a Graduate Structural Design Engineer, you will assist in delivering and coordinating engineering, technical, and client solutions.

You will join our Building Department

As a Graduate Engineer – Structural, Buildings, you will be part of our global High-Rise and Complex Buildings team, which has designed over 200 tall buildings worldwide, including some of the most technically challenging projects. You will work with engineers on design projects in Dubai and support our global offices in India, the UK, Singapore, and beyond.

Ramboll is committed to expanding our presence in the Middle East and increasing project acquisition in the region. We are adding a new Structural Engineer to our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize new technological initiatives in the structural department, including computational design, parametric modeling, and engineering software integration.
• Build relationships with internal and external design stakeholders.
• Follow company procedures and implement prescribed work systems.
• Participate in our training schemes to support personal development and future career growth.
• Contribute to improving company systems by reviewing procedures and providing feedback.
• Engage in task groups representing your team.
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback on development.
• Apply health & safety, quality, and training policies.
• Develop and produce drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
• Understand design philosophy and fundamentals.
• Review architect and service engineer drawings and specifications.
• Possession of Dubai Municipality accreditation is advantageous.

Candidate Profile

Graduate Engineer with good knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, construction techniques, procurement routes, risk and claim assessment, analytical concepts, CAD standards, and 3D working.
