Responsibilities :
- Sales & Revenue Growth : Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for secondary market sales (ready properties resale units rental investments).
- Team Leadership : Manage, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents to boost performance and sales.
- Listing Management : Oversee and optimize property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals. Ensure listings are high-quality, updated, and engaging with accurate details, pricing, and images. Work with the marketing team to enhance listing visibility through featured ads and promotions.
- Market Research & Strategy : Analyze market trends, property valuations, and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure : Facilitate property transactions and negotiations to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Lead Generation & Conversion : Generate leads through real estate portals, CRM systems, digital marketing, and networking. Convert inquiries into successful sales and rental transactions.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all transactions align with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.
Requirements :
Experience : 1-5 years in real estate sales in Dubai.What We Offer :
