Associate Professor

Overview

Associate Professor position in Educational Leadership at the Department of Learning and Educational Leadership, College of Education, United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). The Department seeks a scholar with a strong record of teaching, research, and service to contribute to the growth of graduate and undergraduate programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses.
• Teach graduate-level courses in the Master’s and Doctoral programs in Educational Leadership.
• Advise and mentor Master’s and Doctoral students, including supervision of graduation projects, theses and dissertations.
• Maintain an active agenda of scholarly research and publication in educational leadership and related fields.
• Pursue external funding through grant writing and research collaborations.
• Establish interdisciplinary partnerships with other academic units within the College, country, and internationally.
• Build and sustain partnerships with schools and educational organizations.
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvement.
• Provide service to the department, college, university, and the broader educational community.
• Organize and facilitate professional workshops for university and community stakeholders.
