Responsibilities

• Hostess is responsible for reservation handling and effective control of service flow in the restaurant. Provide a confident, capable & authentic welcome to guests, lead, and seat them at the table and answer the telephone.
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests as per the restaurant service standards. During busy periods, assist the servers by taking the order, clearing, and setting up tables, serving dishes, presenting the invoices.
• Answer all restaurant incoming calls, inform callers, and make reservations. Refer all special requests to relevant people.
• Keep abreast of the company products and services to answer guest questions and requests. Answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matter to the relevant persons to handle.
• To ensure that the station is always stocked and tidy, ensuring efficient service.
