We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Digital Media Manager to serve as the key liaison between our clients and the media buying agency. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination, strategic alignment, and flawless execution of media campaigns that not only meet but exceed client expectations. This role requires a balance of analytical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable performance in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and both the media buying & social media agencies, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and accountability.
- Develop and manage digital media strategies in line with client objectives and brand goals.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple digital channels (programmatic, paid social, search, display, video, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and proactively recommend optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with digital media trends, platforms, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure campaigns are integrated and high-performing.
- Maintain a client-first mindset by anticipating challenges, addressing issues quickly, and consistently striving to overdeliver.
- Event experiences required.
Job Specifications
4–7 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, or account management (agency or client-side).Strong understanding of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools.Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.Proven track record of driving high-performing digital campaigns and exceeding KPIs.Event experiences required.Seniority level
