Engineer - Liaison (Abu Dhabi)

Eram Talent is looking for a highly motivated Engineer - Liaison to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi . The successful candidate will act as a crucial link between various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and engineering teams. Your role will involve ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, addressing issues, and facilitating a smooth flow of information.

As an Engineer - Liaison, you will be responsible for understanding project requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring that all engineering solutions meet client expectations and project specifications.

If selected, the work location will be Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders.
• Understand project requirements and ensure that objectives are clearly defined and met.
• Manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables, and track project progress while recommending adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate project meetings, gather feedback, and address concerns from all parties.
• Provide engineering support and technical insights to both clients and project teams.
• Document and report on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering roles with a focus on project coordination or liaison.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
