Role Overview

The Lead Contracts Engineer will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's contracts, from negotiation to execution. The role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed efficiently, while safeguarding the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the contracts team in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating all contract types, including EPC, EPCM, and service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate successful negotiations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential contractual risks.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure obligations are met by all parties.
• Resolve contractual issues or disputes promptly.
• Provide guidance to project teams on contractual matters.
• Develop and update contract templates, standard clauses, and related documents.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contract management.
