Apt Resources is hiring a Senior Sales Manager Leisure for our client, a luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality sales professional with strong ties to the leisure travel industry and a solid understanding of the international and GCC tourism markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and bed banks
- Develop and execute leisure segment sales strategies and action plans
- Manage contracts, oversee familiarization trips, and represent the hotel at trade shows
- Analyze market trends and deliver competitive insights and reporting
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel focusing on leisureStrong network within key source markets such as Europe, Russia / CIS, and ChinaBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or MarketingProficient in Opera PMS and familiar with hotel distribution channelsFluent in English (Russian is a plus); strong negotiation and presentation skillsBenefits
Basic monthly salary : AED 10,000, transportation and telephone allowances, fully furnished studio, and other standard non-cash benefits.
