About the team

As a member of our HR Global Mobility team, you will play a crucial role in our Global Mobility Service team, primarily focusing on end-to-end visa management processes in the UAE. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records in our HR system, preparing essential documentation, and assisting with local HR operational tasks. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources and mobility functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in relocation support, benefit administration, and end-to-end visa management processes for expatriates in the UAE.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance and updating of employee records and documentation within the HR system.
• Manage, track, and monitor the progress of all visa-related transactions and relocation activities.
• Prepare necessary documents for visa applications and renewals.
• Support local HR operational tasks as needed.
• Support Global Mobility Services operational tasks and projects as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with external vendors, team members, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Required Experience

Executive-level experience or relevant internship experience in HR or mobility functions is preferred.
