People & Culture Director - Global Retail company

KatchMe is hiring for one of their clients, a global leader in Retail, recognized for offering an unmatched range of prestige products.

With a strong presence across the Middle East, our client has millions of customers every day delivering exceptional experiences both in-store and online.

As part of the Regional team, you will report directly to the VP of HR and play a critical role in shaping a people-first culture where teams are empowered, inspired, and equipped to thrive.

Covering multiple countries across the GCC, you will lead a talented People team and champion a holistic Talent & Culture strategy that positions our client as an employer of choice in the region.

Your responsibilities will be :

• Set the vision : co-design and implement a forward-looking talent strategy aligned with their regional growth ambitions
• Enable the business : partner with leaders to align people priorities with business goals, ensuring a consistent, engaging employee experience across the lifecycle
• Develop leaders & teams : build robust succession plans, foster leadership capabilities, and deliver impactful learning & development programs
• Drive engagement & culture : champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while embedding our client values in day-to-day operations
• Lead & inspire : build, mentor, and energize a high-performing People team trusted by the business
