As part of the Regional team, you will report directly to the VP of HR and play a critical role in shaping a people-first culture where teams are empowered, inspired, and equipped to thrive.
Covering multiple countries across the GCC, you will lead a talented People team and champion a holistic Talent & Culture strategy that positions our client as an employer of choice in the region.
Your responsibilities will be :
- Set the vision : co-design and implement a forward-looking talent strategy aligned with their regional growth ambitions
- Enable the business : partner with leaders to align people priorities with business goals, ensuring a consistent, engaging employee experience across the lifecycle
- Develop leaders & teams : build robust succession plans, foster leadership capabilities, and deliver impactful learning & development programs
- Drive engagement & culture : champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while embedding our client values in day-to-day operations
- Lead & inspire : build, mentor, and energize a high-performing People team trusted by the business
The profile we are looking for :
10+ years of international experience in senior HR leadership roles (HR Director, Talent Director, VP People) within Retail, Consumer Goods, or other fast-paced industriesProven track record in building and executing Talent & Culture strategies, with strong expertise in leadership developmentStrategic mindset with hands-on execution skills and business acumenDemonstrated ability to manage change and drive transformation in dynamic environmentsStrong communication and influencing skills, able to build credibility across all levels of the organizationFluent in EnglishCompensation & benefits :
