We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC for an :

Job Purpose :

This position is a unique opportunity for you to work on DEWA Substations Projects and be responsible for supervising the departmental / contracts site works of 11 kV, and 33kV Substation installation & commissioning in order to ensure quality & safety and timely completion of projects.

Your main duties will be to :

• Study the CAR with ring diagram & understand NOC drawings.
• Locate underground service & cable tracing with cable locators.
• Control over the labors and site activities.
• Be fit to work at site during extreme weather conditions.
• Installation of pilot, FO cables and FO ducts as required.
• Capable to take job-related decisions in day-to-day execution.
• Daily follow-up and reporting to superiors regarding site progress.
• Site coordination with party contractors and plot owners.
• Perform miscellaneous urgent jobs assigned by supervisor / foreman / manager.

Profile

Ideally, you will have graduated in Diploma (Electrical Engineering) / 2 Years ITI Electrical with a minimum experience of 3 years in HV / LV cable, pilot cable, and FO duct installation.

You have good communication skills and English proficiency.

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
