Manager - Transport & Logistics - Global Strategy Consulting Firm

A leading global strategy consulting firm is seeking a Manager to join its growing Transportation & Logistics practice in the Middle East. Based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia , you’ll play a critical role on complex, leading high-impact projects for public and private sector clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the delivery of large-scale strategy and transformation projects across transport, logistics, mobility, and infrastructure

Oversee teams of consultants, ensuring quality, insight, and actionable outcomes for clients

Serve as a trusted advisor to government authorities, state-owned enterprises, and major logistics players

Drive business development efforts and contribute to proposals, client pitches, and market growth strategies

Collaborate with global and regional partners to shape the practice’s offerings and go-to-market approach

• Mentor junior team members and support capability building within the firm

Qualifications :

4-8years of experience in strategy consulting , with significant exposure to transportation, logistics, or mobility projects in the Middle East

Prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, Roland Berger, Arthur D. Little)

Strong client management and team leadership skills on complex engagements

Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing practices

Arabic fluency strongly preferred; English proficiency required

Willingness to travel across the GCC as needed
