Responsibilities
- Provide holistic and patient-centered care to individuals and families across all age groups.
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, screenings, and assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions, emphasizing preventative care and health promotion.
- Educate patients and families on health management, wellness strategies, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements
Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with completion of a Family Medicine residency program.Valid medical license to practice in the state.Board certification in Family Medicine is required.A minimum of 4 years of experience working in a family medicine or primary care setting.Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.Commitment to continuous improvement in clinical practices and patient care delivery.
