Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

• Repair, maintain and install work according to departmental procedures
• Complete requests in timely, accurate, efficient and knowledgeable manner
• Maintenance of Chillers, Freezers, split units, AHU, fan coils, cold rooms
• Preventive Maintenance of refrigeration system
• Preventive maintenance for all kitchen equipment’s, pumps, air conditioning to be carried out.
• A self-starter, take initiative, can make decisions in fast-paced, changing environment.
