Career Counsellor

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychometric and aptitude tests to help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
• Schedule and conduct sessions or lectures by experts to enable career option exploration for grades 8-10.
• Organize career and university admissions fairs for grades 11-12 to connect students with university representatives from top global universities.
• Drive one-to-one counselling for grades 8-10 to help students and their parents :
• Interpret psychometric and aptitude test outcomes.
• Assist in choosing the right-fit career options and relevant subject streams.
• Recommend activities to build profiles and demonstrate interests aligned with career and stream choices.
• Drive one-to-one counselling for grades 11-12 to help students and their parents :
• Select suitable courses, colleges, countries, and exams for undergraduate education.
• Create and implement comprehensive application plans.
• Guide students in crafting compelling essays and personal statements for their applications.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of transcripts, LORs, and other relevant documents for university applications.
