Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with strong attention to detail and a focus on mitigating risks. Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance, and document preparation to clients. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and offering guidance on various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to address client needs.
- Provide guidance on complex legal issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
- Support clients in dispute resolution and litigation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
