We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B sales of fragrance oils and perfumery compounds . The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge and established relationships with manufacturers of fine fragrances, body sprays, attars, bakhoor, and related products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to grow B2B fragrance compound sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and other regional manufacturers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across GCC and MENA regions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align product offerings with market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing of fragrance oils or perfumery compounds .Proven track record of working with perfume, attar, bakhoor, and body spray manufacturers .Strong network within the regional fragrance industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel across the region as needed.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (MBA preferred).Qualifications
Preferred Skills :
