الوصف الوظيفيOwn the strategic planning process for MEA and APAC, allocating training resources in line with demand Build detailed resourcing plans using historical and forecasted demand; identify cross-skilling opportunities and hiring needs to address gaps Maintain accurate schedules in the Planning system to reflect planned training Produce timely, accurate MI reporting and monitor key performance metrics Provide thought leadership and contribute to best practices in strategic planning and execution You have at least 5 years of experience in strategic resource planning and scheduling within a fast-paced environment You can build and manage excellent relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third parties, influencing and engaging indirect teams You possess strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, translating complex data into actionable resourcing decisions You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with workforce management software Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines across competing priorities Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense Commercial acumen with an understanding of business operations and strategy to align planning with organizational goals Hybrid Work Environment : 3 days a week in office required based on your line of business and location A Culture of Learning & Mobility : Dedicated trainings, leadership development, and mentorship programs Investing in Your Future : Retirement planning and tuition reimbursement programs Promoting Health & Wellbeing : Comprehensive healthcare offerings Supportive Parenting Policies : Family-friendly policies, including generous global parental leave Inclusive Work Environment : Employee Resource Groups and a culture where all voices are valued Dedication to Giving Back : Paid volunteer days, matched funding for donations, and community engagement
