Junior Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Agent to join our growing team in Dubai United Arab Emirates . This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the worlds most competitive Real Estate markets.

As a Junior Sales Agent you will support our senior team throughout the full sales cycle from lead generation to client follow-ups and will also have the opportunity to close deals and earn commissions under direct guidance .

You will gain real exposure to Dubais high-value property transactions while developing your sales communication and market knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Our office is located in Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 Downtown Dubai right in the heart of the citys business district.

Responsibilities :

• Assist senior agents with property viewings client meetings and follow-up communications. You will also have the opportunity to close deals yourselves.
• Generate and qualify leads through online platforms and networking
• Prepare marketing content and presentations for active listings
• Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking
• Research current market trends communities and property launches
• Learn the legal and operational framework of Dubai real estate
• Participate in team meetings training sessions and fieldwork
• Actively contribute to real deals and earn commissions with full mentorship and support
