Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent with a strongbackground in off-plan real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record of closing deals, a deep understanding of the UAE real estatemarket, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from top-tier developers.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins,portals, referrals).
- Guide clients through the entire sales process — from inquiry to closing.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, project launches,payment plans, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business andreferrals.
- Attend project briefings, client meetings, and property events asrequired.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smoothtransaction processes.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in off-plan property sales (UAEexperience preferred).Strong sales and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.Confident, well-presented, and client-focused.Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.What We Offer :
