An established IT company is looking for Emirati IT Support Specialists to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operations of IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting system maintenance and user support across hardware and software platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Offer technical support for software hardware and network-related issues.

Manage installation configuration and updates for systems and applications.

Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality .

Troubleshoot connectivity problems diagnose IT security risks and provide solutions.

Assist in managing servers databases and cloud infrastructure .

Document IT issues and solutions while improving internal IT support processes .

Collaborate with teams to maintain cybersecurity protocols .

Requirements

• UAE National (Emirati) part of Emiratisation initiatives.
• Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field .
• Proficiency in networking Windows Linux and cloud computing basics .
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication in English and Arabic .
• Finance (SAP & Oracle preferred) experience is a plus.
