Job Summary :
The Social Media Executive is responsiblefor daily content scheduling, audience interaction, and platform managementacross all social media channels. This role plays a key part in maintaining anactive online presence, fostering engagement, and ensuring timely delivery ofcontent in alignment with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.
Job Responsibilities
- . Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Post daily content across all socialmedia platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) according tothe content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers andvideographers to ensure timely delivery of required visual assets.
- Write engaging and brand-appropriatecaptions and hashtags in English and Arabic.
2. Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments,direct messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.Escalate sensitive inquiries orcustomer service concerns to the sales department.Engage with followers and relevantcommunities to build a positive brand presence.3. Platform Monitoring & Insights
Track key performance metrics(likes, shares, reach, comments, engagement rates) across platforms.Provide regular performance reportsto the Social Media Manager with observations and suggestions.Stay up to date with trends,hashtags, and platform updates.4. Campaign Support
Assist in the execution of paid and organicsocial media campaigns.Support influencer collaborationsand user-generated content promotions.Participate in brainstorming sessions forcontent ideas, seasonal campaigns, and new formats.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media,Communications, or a related field.
Requirements
Experience :
1–2 years of experience managingsocial media platforms, preferably in a brand or agency settingStrong writing and communicationskills with attention to tone and detailFamiliar with Instagram, Facebook,TikTok, LinkedIn, and platform management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer,or Meta Business Suite)Basic understanding of social mediaanalyticsCreative mindset, team player, andhighly organizedBasic design or video editing skills(Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.Consistency and timeliness ofcontent postingEngagement rate and follower growthResponse time and quality ofcommunity managementContribution to campaign success andplatform innovationAccuracy and reliability inperformance reporting.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.Detail-orientedTeam player with adaptability and stress management.Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Proactive approach to processimprovement and staying current with Marketing practices.
