Collaboration Manager

The Job Description

• Modernize and optimize business processes and employee collaboration using SharePoint, M365 tools.
• Design and implement new business processes utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Supervise the deployment and continuous administration of M365 Collaboration tools, including SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Platform, DocuSign, CoPilot AI Studio, and others.
• Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources.
• Lead projects related to M365 tools (SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, CoPilot using Gen AI).
• Design Site Architecture and development of SharePoint Intranet Portals.
• Develop custom applications and automation to improve efficiency.
• Establish and enforce governance policies and best practices.
• Provide support for daily operational activities.
• Provide continuous support and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform Tools (Power App / Power BI / Power Automate / MS Teams / DocuSign).
• End user support on daily operational activities which include granting access to specific content or updating the approval hierarchy in the business process, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates and patches to the existing process.
• Understanding and gathering requirements from business.
• Design and architecture of solutions that meet the organization’s goals and strategies.
• Implementing solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) or any open JavaScript libraries (React / Typescript / jQuery) and implementing business processes using automations and approvals as needed.
