Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor - Joinery, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the worksite, ensuring progress adheres to schedules and standards. Responsibilities include managing the joinery team, coordinating with clients and other contractors, supervising the day-to-day activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and ensuring the quality of joinery work meets the company’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery, carpentry, and woodwork
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in maintaining safety standards at the workplace
• Relevant certifications in carpentry or woodworking are a plus
• Previous experience in site supervision in the joinery industry
