We are recruiting an 'ERP Developer - Lead' for one of our clients, who is a fertilizer company based in Ajman, UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a modern ERP system architecture supporting a multi-company environment
• Lead and mentor a development team, overseeing both backend and frontend operations
• Develop scalable APIs to enable seamless integration with third-party platforms
• Ensure code quality and reliability by applying best practices, testing protocols, and thorough documentation
• Research and embed AI / ChatGPT-driven solutions into core workflows to enhance system efficiency
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to transform business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends to drive continuous innovation

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience Proven expertise in backend and frontend development Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend framework (e.g., Laravel, Node.js / NestJS, Django, or equivalent) Solid knowledge of frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Next.js Hands-on experience in API development and third-party integrations Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and system architecture design Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker), and CI / CD pipelines Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and lead a small development team effectively Interest or practical experience in AI tools, ChatGPT integration, and process automation Preferred Skills : Proven experience in developing and managing multi-tenant SaaS platforms Strong understanding of security best practices, including OAuth, RBAC, and data encryption Practical experience with modern analytics and reporting tools
