Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for nursing positions, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and build strong relationships with job seekers.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and standards during the recruitment process.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to management.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Healthserve Home Healthcare.
