POSITION SUMMARY

Prepare special meals or substitute items, regulate oven and grill temperatures, and ensure proper food portioning and presentation. Maintain food logs, monitor quality, communicate needs during busy periods, and assist in menu planning and execution. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
