We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Cost Competitiveness Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives supporting Dubai’s D33 agenda, fostering economic growth and sustainability. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, adopting innovative practices, optimizing resources, and providing financial insights through advanced modeling.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, financial modeling, and cost optimization, with a proven ability to deliver outcomes that enhance economic competitiveness.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or Finance (Master’s / MBA preferred)
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or Financial Modeling are highly desirable
• 6–9 years of project management experience in economic development, cost optimization, or efficiency projects
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, cost management, and risk mitigation
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals
• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Asana) and financial modeling software
• Experience in enhancing economic competitiveness, preferably within contexts similar to Dubai
