Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage. Real-world exposure to B2B lead generation and outreach. Experience in the events, marketing, and technology sectors. Flexible working arrangements. Potential for a full-time position based on performance.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Intern - Business Development (Technology) to support Rayqube’s business development initiatives. The role focuses on researching, identifying, and connecting with key decision-makers in industries that align with our technology-driven event solutions, with a primary aim to secure introductory meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Research
- Conduct daily online research to identify potential leads, including : Marketing managers in FMCG brands and retail marketing teams, B2B AV agencies, Advertising agencies, PR agencies, B2B event agencies
- Build and maintain a structured database of prospects and contact details.
- Outreach & Engagement
- Draft and send personalized introductory emails to targeted prospects.
- Follow up to secure online or in-person meetings with interested leads.
- Ensure consistent communication that aligns with Rayqube’s brand voice.
- Reporting & Targets - Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets (e.g., number of agencies contacted, meetings scheduled).
- Maintain clear records of outreach activity and results in CRM or tracking tools.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Business Development Manager.
