Overview

Senior Project Manager – Interiors for a globally recognized architecture and design firm known for delivering luxurious Hospitality & Residential projects. The role is based in Dubai and oversees the execution and delivery of high-end interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of design excellence.

This role is suited for an experienced, design-savvy project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record delivering luxury interior projects in the region or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the interior design project lifecycle from concept through completion.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resourcing in line with design intent and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with regional codes, standards, and permitting requirements.
• Oversee FF&E procurement processes, site installations, and handovers.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and progress and resolve issues in real-time.
• Facilitate clear communication across all disciplines involved, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain an unwavering commitment to design integrity while achieving functional and operational excellence.
