Summary

As the Senior Manager of Packaging development at KAYALI, you'll play a crucial role in handling and implementing strategic initiatives for developing packaging within our product portfolio. You'll report to VP of Operations, leading a team of packaging engineers. Your leadership will draw upon your technical proficiency in packaging engineering, conducting functional and dimension analyses, understanding manufacturing processes, possessing material knowledge, and related expertise. Essentially, you'll be at the forefront of innovating, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and functional packaging. You'll also streamline processes, implement excellence, best practices, and ensure top-notch quality in our packaging development efforts.

• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Packaging Development and Global Sourcing to craft impactful and technically aligned packaging development strategies.
• Apply extensive knowledge of industrial processes within the cosmetics industry.
